wimax does not even meet 3GPP requirements for 4G, to name a few:

- min dl air interface speed of 300mbps
- control plane latency of < 30s

etc. i have worked with this technology for a good 5 years of my life. i know it is not 4G. now i'm meddling into LTE.

I agree with you! Its not a real bargain! I like to use PC fair as a platform to gauge whats out there. See wats being promoted and wat kind of pricing. Rather buy it from a retailer who i know ..just in case la! the hassle of traveling to puchong like u did, not worth it

Perhaps, but maybe not. Celcom is a local company. Axiata is the holding company, so your comments should point to Axiata, rather than Celcom.

on the other hand, celcom will win big internationally, compare to local..
celcom will ride on telenor network on other countries..
this will bring down the costs..
